The most recently fiscal year 2019-20 has noticed that the figure of acquiring citizenship of Australia rise to 38,209. Australian govt. said this fiscal year 2019-20 as a record year.it is nothing but constituting 18.6% of the total number of new citizenship. In this year (2019-20) it is recorded that more than 2 lakh means nearly 2, 04,817 people acquired the citizen ship of Australia. A 60% increment is recorded. In the year 2017-18 the chart is on the top with 17,756 Indians acquired the Australian citizenship for the first time an UK being the second spot in getting Australian citizenship. Now a day’s lockdown took place to moderate the spreading of novel coronavirus not only in India but all over the world. The situation at this time is nothing but difficult for those people who lost their jobs during this lockdown and also for those don’t know about how to do “work from home” properly.

There are some systematic ways to make easy “work from home”.

Working place:

F Before set anything else you have to set a proper place where you can feel cool & calm environment.

F Make sure that room selected for WFH should be noise free and enters sufficient sunlight & air.

F Put sufficient and right furniture only suitable for you work.

F Keep that place and their related things clean and tidy.

F Make sure you have a back ground that suitable for video call with colleagues.

Decoration:

F Keep your laptop, charger, diary, pen & cell phones on their suitable place nearer to you.

F Use noise cancellation headphone. Avoid those things which can disturb you in work.

F Make a particular place for work books and stationary items on shelf.

Communication:

F Communications play a crucial role to make easy inaccessible conditions and now it became an important part of day to day life.

F Prefer a video call to make face to face contact or chat with colleagues for their queries on daily routine, discuss their assignments or project related tasks and so on instead of sending messages or emails.

F During WFH Ask for regular performance evaluations from your manager and spent some face time with him as manager share more information than usual with your team.

Technology:

F Make sure that you are surrounded with updated and latest technology so that work from home gets easier.

F Use Skype or other official app for making video calls which will give you the best and positive results.

F Try to install a good one router or Wi-Fi setups so that it will give you easier and quicker processing results to do WFH easily.

F Use quality type apps that will help you achieve good project management, team results and organizing your day.

Planning:

F Make sure that you have to plan your job or work before start the day.

F Complete every sort of work before going for WFH.

F Do not leave WFH before complete you tasks or projects and do not switch between tasks.

F Follow your daily routine of WFH with consistency have some patience.

Avoid sad peoples and disturbances:

F Make a habit of avoiding negativities.

F Sad people are those who always focus on negative activities like creating distractions.

F Do not permit other people into your place of WFH.

F Paste a notice of “Do not disturb” on your front wall and door of entrance so that people will aware.

F Try to avoid meeting with other people except your colleagues, your work or project partners.

F Use a better quality of noise avoiding headphones so that you keep focus on your work.

Enhance productivity:

F Concentrate on your work and try to notice improvement in yourself regarding work.

F Make daily basis notes of your ability you complete your tasks or projects you are able to handle.

F Think about your productivity take a hit while you settle down.

F To enhance your productivity scheduled your tasks and their suitable time to do.

F Try to do toughest tasks in the morning time and calls in the afternoon.

F Make a habit of morning exercise which helps you to get more concentration power.
